지금 리눅스 써보기! 에 나와있는 대로 따라하다보니
redhat9.0 이미지파일을 열려고 하면
VMware Workstation cannot open one of the virtual disks needed by this VM because it is larger than the maximum file size supported by the host file system. Some remote file systems do not support files larger than 2 GB, even though the file system on the server might.
Cannot open the disk 'E:\linux\Red Hat Linux.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Reason: The file is too large.
라는 에러가 나면서 실행이 안됩니다.
검색해보니 vmx 파일에 diskLib.sparseMaxFileSizeCheck= "false" 를 추가하라는데,
vmx 라는 확장자를 가진 파일이 없네요;
